By using the app, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

ANIDEX is a reference-style field guide for taxonomy, range, ecology, conservation status, and related animal information.

Records, images, maps, and source notes are provided to support learning and research.

You must not do any of the following.

• - Interfere with the operation, display, or delivery of the app.
• - Attempt unauthorized access or excessive automated access.
• - Use records, images, or page content in a misleading way by removing source or rights notices.
• - Violate laws, public order, or third-party rights.

ANIDEX does not guarantee that its content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

For academic, educational, conservation, medical, legal, or other important decisions, verify information against primary sources or qualified experts.

Rights in the app UI, edited text, structure, and original presentation belong to the ANIDEX project or the relevant rights holders.

External data, images, and map materials may be subject to separate licenses and source requirements. Check the applicable source terms before reuse.

To the extent permitted by law, the ANIDEX project is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.

The app may add, change, suspend, or discontinue content without prior notice.

These terms may be updated as needed. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
